          "text": "<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>\nAs a Maintenance Technician at Larson’s Albert Lea Distribution Center, you will ensure the safe and reliable performance of advanced automation systems. These include a <strong>Fanuc Robot door collator</strong>, <strong>dual gantry systems</strong>, <strong>Allen Bradley PLC-controlled equipment</strong>, <strong>Schneider 4-axis servo systems</strong>, <strong>Wulftec stretch wrappers</strong>, and <strong>conveyors</strong>. This role requires a strong ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (both <strong>high voltage 480V</strong> and <strong>low voltage controls</strong>) while also applying hands-on <strong>mechanical repair skills</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities for 2nd Shift:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues</strong> with Allen Bradley PLCs, motor controls, and Schneider servo drives to quickly restore production.</li><li>Work safely with <strong>high voltage (480V)</strong> and <strong>low voltage systems</strong>, performing corrective and preventative electrical maintenance.</li><li>Apply strong <strong>mechanical skills</strong> to repair conveyors, gantry systems, stretch wrappers, and robotic equipment.</li><li>Execute and improve <strong>preventative maintenance programs</strong> to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and controls specialists to implement system improvements and automation upgrades.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including electrical schematics, CMMS work orders, and equipment history.</li><li>Provide hands-on support during system breakdowns to ensure fast recovery of production lines.</li><li>Follow all <strong>safety and EHS protocols</strong>, ensuring compliance with Fortune Brands standards and OSHA requirements.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
