Develop and manage end-to-end project plans (Agile or Waterfall), including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Anticipate roadblocks and pivot quickly in complex, ambiguous environments. Team & Client Partnership Serve as the primary client contact and consultative guide, translating complex processes into clear decisions. Facilitate collaborative sessions to foster innovation while managing team priorities and conflicting demands. Foster strong, empathetic relationships to understand client business strategy and organizational culture. Financial & Strategic Growth Own project financial health: track expenses, target utilization, and profit margins with full transparency. Identify growth opportunities via change orders to enhance project value and learner engagement. Connect project goals to the client’s broader business landscape and suggest innovative tools or delivery methods. What You Bring Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's in ID or Business is a plus). Experience: 5–7 years in PM, specifically within the Learning & Development industry. Expertise: Deep knowledge of ID principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, WCAG). Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like Jira\\/Asana and familiar with authoring tools\\/virtual training platforms. Business Acumen: Strong financial tracking, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills. Soft Skills: Decisive leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
