Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the HealthDirect Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows the HealthDirect Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions</li>\n <li>Performs all quality assurance steps to insure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines</li>\n <li>Follows all State and Federal regulations governing the practice of Pharmacy</li>\n <li>Oversees the initial submission, resubmission and collection of all third party claims</li>\n <li>Manages and balances the pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs. </li>\n <li>Insures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines</li>\n <li>Insure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li>\n <li>Insure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li>\n <li>Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to insure a clean and professional environment</li>\n <li>Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions</li>\n <li>Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice</li>\n <li>Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information</li>\n <li>Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.</li>\n <li>Work on-call schedule, where applicable</li>\n <li>Interacts with Facility Manager in the appropriate completion of hiring practices, performance reviews and disciplinary actions of pharmacy department personnel. </li>\n <li>Perform MTM, IMMR, short stay reviews, delivery at discharge, and other clinical functions to support consultant pharmacists and maintain compliance at customer locations. </li>\n <li>Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines</li>\n <li>Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed </li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Skills Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong Organizational skills</li>\n <li>Basic keyboarding skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$81,931.20 -  $123,496.06 per year</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
