    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>SEASONAL SUMMER CAMP SITE SUPERVISOR</b></p>\n<p><b>HIRING RANGE: $17.50 PER HOUR</b></p>\n<p><b><u>About the Position:</u></b><br>\n  Summer Camp Site Supervisors are&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;scheduling of activities, staff supervision, motivation and scheduling, management of disciplinary procedures and contact with parents, distribution of medication to participants, helping maintain&nbsp;childcare&nbsp;licensure, staff training, and overall program implementation. This position will be overseen by a Recreation Supervisor.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b><u>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee a summer camp site which includes camp participants, summer camp staff, and camp activities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Program enriching, engaging and fun activities for camp participants&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage purchasing of supplies and equipment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate with parents about field trips, activities, and camper behavior&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead camp staff through daily schedule&nbsp;of events&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work closely with area businesses to schedule field trips and activities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Mentor camp staff&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Help maintain childcare licensure&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage participant discipline and communication with parents&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Come to camp everyday with an awesome attitude ready to interact with campers&nbsp;participating in&nbsp;enriching&nbsp;activities and field trips&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform related work as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>This position is a safety sensitive position, which means you will be subject to random drug screens due to the nature of the work performed.</i></p>\n<p><b><u>What We’re Looking For:&nbsp;</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 21 years old.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Applicants must be able to successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and, if required for the specific position, a physical examination.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Available from May 4 – July 31 from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and must be available to work 40 hours per week&nbsp;starting May 27.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Applicant must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR and First Aid Certification.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be willing to attend or obtain all required trainings and certifications to obtain the ability to work as a Program Director as outline in Section 8 Colo.
