In this customer-focused role, you’ll respond to guest inquiries, coordinate services such as luggage and transportation, and collaborate with front desk and resort departments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.</p><p><strong>As a Guest Relations Agent, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.</li><li>Coordinate and assign bell services for luggage, room changes, and deliveries.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Oversee luggage handling, storage, and security procedures.</li><li>Manage transportation requests and support VIP and special guest services.</li><li>Act as a liaison between guests and resort departments to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Monitor workflow during peak check-in and check-out periods.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, policies, and local attractions to assist guests.</li><li>Serve as a lobby ambassador to ensure a welcoming and efficient arrival and departure experience.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>PM Schedule Requirement </strong>— The primary shift we are hiring for is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, including mandatory weekends and holidays.</li><li>Stand for long periods of time.</li><li>On many occasions, must be able to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight.</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal &amp; written) for guest interactions and team coordination.</li><li>Multitasking &amp; organizational abilities to assign bell staff efficiently while handling guest requests.</li><li>Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or logistical challenges.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.</li><li>Basic Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.</li><li>Valid Florida Driver License: able to drive a golf cart vehicle and up to a 15-passenger van following safety guidelines.</li><li>Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
