    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is your opportunity to join a Fence industry leader!</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply, </strong>North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a  <strong>Yard Associate</strong> at our branch office.  </p>\n<p>This position performs an array of functions including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review order documents to prepare for accurate product pulling for customers</li>\n <li>Daily expectations: 70% Drive forklift loading/unloading trailers.  30% Manually sorting and staging material in the yard.</li>\n <li>Safely use a forklift</li>\n <li>Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a very exciting time to join our company. We are always looking for people with the drive to learn and determination to succeed.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Works inside the warehouse and outside in the yard</li>\n <li>Accurately loads trucks for outgoing shipments</li>\n <li>Inbound material receiving and put away</li>\n <li>Able to complete work orders and receiving documents accurately</li>\n <li>Pulls and prepares orders, packaging for shipment </li>\n <li>Rotates yard stock and safely moves materials using a forklift</li>\n <li>Maintains clean and safe working environment </li>\n <li>Works with team to ensure branch success and provides excellent customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position</li>\n <li>Education: High school or equivalent</li>\n <li>Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 60lbs)</li>\n <li>Forklift experience (sitdown) highly desired</li>\n <li>Scanner / inventory experience</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, communicate, and perform basic math functions required</li>\n <li>Must be able to work overtime as needed</li>\n <li>Experience with building materials a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
