    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: red; font-size: 15px; font-family: Lato, sans-serif;\">***You MUST already have a TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph to qualify***</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>The Level 2 System Administrator shall possess the following capabilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Ten (10) years experience as a SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. </span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. </span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span style=\"font-family: CIDFont+F1;\">In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted.</span></li>\n</ul>",
