    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Pendleton Woolen Mill&rsquo;s Stockroom Coordinator supports all PWM and non-PWM finished product shipping, receiving, and verification. This positions processes and follows through with manufacturer claims and stores damages. This position is responsible for inventory shrink results as it related to operational inventory reconciliation.&nbsp;</p><p>We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time<strong data-pasted=\"true\">&nbsp;Stockroom Coordinator (16 hours per week)</strong> for our <strong>Centralia, WA</strong>, store location<strong>.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Process store products &ndash; received from PWM Truck and/or Common Carrier (transfer of product from receiving dock to store stock room, unpack, receive through RF-Smart, process to sales floor or stock room)</li><li>Prepare and complete sales orders for outbound shipping or pick up in store (pick, pack, ship)</li><li>Complete Transfer Orders per direction, communicate any differences; partner with receiving and sending stores to ensure completion of transfers or resolution of errors</li><li>Review and maintain inventory stock levels for accuracy and to ensure proper replenishment. Performs cycle counts, inventory adjustments as needed to rectify stock levels</li><li>Report all discrepancies through Claim filing process, reviews outstanding claims, follows up to ensure resolution of discrepancy&nbsp;</li><li>Assess sales floor replenishment needs using NetSuite reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain sales floor replenishment directives and monitors for consistency and completion</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stockroom including removal of trash and recycling</li><li>Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are followed</li><li>Provide Sales Floor coverage as needed during staffing deficiencies and increased customer traffic</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p>CORE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Self-motivated, sales driven and prioritizes customer service&nbsp;</li><li>Effective problem solving, listening, verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Meet deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Basic mathematics and financial knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain calm and poised in stressful situations.
