Description

Overview The Behavior Data Specialist will organize and maintain data collection and statistical analysis systems for the program; assist with behavioral assessments and program implementation; assist with research activities and staff/parent training; assume Clinical Specialist I duties in the temporary absence of such staff. This is an entry-level position. Perfect for college graduates interested in working with children! All training is provided. $2,500 Hiring Incentive for all Behavior Data Specialists who join our team! Behavior Team Associate Responsibilities Collect and record data based on observable patient behavior. Assist primary therapist in in maintaining up-to-date graphs in accordance with direction by case leadership, including but not limited to, 1) summarizing, 2) calculating, and 3) analyzing data. Actively participate in sessions in accordance with protocols established by case leadership including but not limited to, 1) the implementation of baseline, 2) treatment, 3) parent training and 4) generalization Assist primary therapist in the preparation and clean-up of session-related activities (preparing patient, room, computers, recording equipment, ). Assist with case-related duties such as protocol dissemination, protocol reviews, and staff/parent Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when transporting or working with Provide direct patient care following the prescribed behavioral protocols. Assume primary therapist responsibilities in the temporary absence of the primary Benefits EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or allied discipline is required Two or more years of college level course work and one previous year of experience implementing behavioral protocols may be considered in place of a Bachelor’s EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment/treatment programs with the developmentally disabled population is highly preferred. Minimum pay range USD $33,607.00/Yr. Maximum pay range USD $53,427.00/Yr.
