All training is provided.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>$2,500 Hiring Incentive for all Behavior Data Specialists who join our team!</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Behavior Team Associate</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Collect and record data based on observable patient behavior.</li>\n<li>Assist primary therapist in in maintaining up-to-date graphs in accordance with direction by case leadership, including but not limited to, 1) summarizing, 2) calculating, and 3) analyzing data.</li>\n<li>Actively participate in sessions in accordance with protocols established by case leadership including but not limited to, 1) the implementation of baseline, 2) treatment, 3) parent training and 4) generalization</li>\n<li>Assist primary therapist in the preparation and clean-up of session-related activities (preparing patient, room, computers, recording equipment, ).</li>\n<li>Assist with case-related duties such as protocol dissemination, protocol reviews, and staff/parent</li>\n<li>Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when transporting or working with</li>\n<li>Provide direct patient care following the prescribed behavioral protocols.</li>\n<li>Assume primary therapist responsibilities in the temporary absence of the primary</li>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or allied discipline is required</li>\n <li>Two or more years of college level course work and one previous year of experience implementing behavioral protocols may be considered in place of a Bachelor’s</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in the implementation of behavioral assessment/treatment programs with the developmentally disabled population is highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum pay range</h2>USD $33,607.00/Yr.\n<h2>Maximum pay range</h2>USD $53,427.00/Yr.",
