    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><em>Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Our goal is to be regarded as an irreplaceable resource by our customers. The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.</em></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:</strong></p><p>Quality Inspector reports to the Quality Manager and ensures parts and processes meet the requirements of operation work instructions, customer requirements including the drawing. The schedule for this position is 1<sup>st</sup> shift, Monday &ndash; Friday 7:30 am &ndash; 4:00 pm</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspects and approves incoming materials/parts by confirming to work instructions, drawings, specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting unacceptable materials/ parts</li><li>Inspects in-process &amp; final production parts by confirming to work instructions, specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, recording non-conforming parts in the appropriate database</li><li>Maintain records of testing and information such as number of defective products, dimensional results, etc. in accordance with the Quality procedures</li><li>Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs</li><li>Ability to complete DSQR training and earn DSQR certification to meet customer requirements</li><li>Use inspection equipment &amp; automated systems to perform part inspections</li><li>Accomplish [Verify] first piece at the operation which approves the parts to be processed</li><li>Conveys verbally and/or in writing, the condition of the parts being inspected</li><li>Utilize electronic databases for submitting non conformances or obtaining work instructions</li><li>Performs administrative duties consistent with departmental practices</li><li>Follows all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or GED with excellent working knowledge of trigonometry.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing including operational inspection or supporting quality inspection utilizing hand held gages.</li><li>Knowledge and ability to apply GD&amp;T</li><li>DSQR/DPRV experience preferred</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for parts or materials</li><li>Basic computer skills including data entry&nbsp;</li><li>Reads and interprets customer and industry specifications.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> <em>Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.</em></p><p><em>As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant&#39;s race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.</em></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
