At Rocketship Public Schools, we are unleashing potential. Position Description Rocketship Nashville Northeast seeks educators who believe strong relationships are the foundation of academic success. Successful educators on this campus create structured, engaging classrooms where clear routines and proactive behavior systems allow all students to feel safe, supported, and challenged. This role is ideal for reflective professionals who embrace coaching, continuously refine their practice, and approach their work with cultural awareness and curiosity about students’ lived experiences. The work is meaningful and requires resilience, emotional stamina, and a deep belief in every child’s potential. This position reports to the Principal or Assistant Principal. Location: - Rocketship Nashville Northeast Elementary - 2526 Dickerson Pike, Nashville TN 37207 Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
