It is essential to be able to perform all the functions of all of these equipment lines because they are manned based on production demands. Rotating Operator II employees to different equipment lines is essential to decrease repetition for safety and to ensure that qualified individuals are available to operate the necessary equipment.  This role is located in <strong>Cuba, MO</strong> and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong><strong>  </strong>$21.07 per hour</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday 7am-3pm</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule:</strong> Bi-weekly</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Operator II Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform required quality checks and ensure overall product quality for customer satisfactions</li>\n <li>Operator II’s must consistently meet or exceed production standards</li>\n <li>Housekeeping</li>\n <li>Employees are accountable to achieve the Safety Vision for Wieland – Fineweld Tube Products.
