This role will be responsible for leading project scheduling activities associated with complex capital improvement programs while supporting project delivery through schedule development, schedule analysis, forecasting, progress monitoring, and schedule risk mitigation.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span>The Senior Scheduler will work closely with project managers, construction managers, contractors, consultants, project controls teams, and client representatives to help ensure schedules are properly developed, maintained, and aligned with project objectives, operational requirements, contractual milestones, and program delivery sans-serif\"><span> 7–15 years of scheduling experience supporting aviation, transportation, infrastructure, or public sector capital improvement projects</span><br><span>• Extensive knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and project controls methodologies</span><br><span>• Advanced experience developing and maintaining baseline schedules, integrated master schedules, recovery schedules, and milestone schedules</span> <br><span>• Experience reviewing contractor schedules, schedule updates, schedule narratives, and time impact analyses</span> <br><span>• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing strategies, procurement activities, and project delivery methods</span> <br><span>• Ability to analyze project performance and identify schedule risks, delays, critical path impacts, and mitigation opportunities</span> <br><span>• Experience supporting projects within active operational environments preferred</span> <br><span>• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities</span> <br><span>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports,
