More ways to build a career that moves you forward.\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza Collision Center</strong> is seeking an experienced <strong>Collision Manager/Estimator</strong> to oversee daily collision repair operations, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, insurance partners, technicians, and dealership leadership while driving profitability, quality, and operational efficiency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the quality, timeliness and manner in which repair services are performed and delivered</li>\n <li>Create a cohesive team with a positive attitude that includes all body shop employees</li>\n <li>Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of all technicians and body shop employees</li>\n <li>Direct and schedule activities of all technicians assigning work with matching skill levels</li>\n <li>Regularly monitor actual performance and determine reasons for variance</li>\n <li>Provide technical support for, supervise, and assist technicians as needed</li>\n <li>Ensure that all repair work is done correctly and in an acceptable time frame</li>\n <li>Maintain awareness of current and projected market conditions</li>\n <li>Keep abreast of all federal, state, and local regulations that affect operations</li>\n <li>Reach and maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Maintain existing relationships with customers</li>\n <li>Coordinate resolution of customer complaints keeping customer satisfaction and department profitability in mind</li>\n <li>Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures at all times</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1-3 years of collision managerial/estimating experience required</li>\n <li>Complete working knowledge of structural collision repairs</li>\n <li>Knowledge of DRP for process of insurance claims</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills including the ability to maintain composure under stress</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and motivational skills</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Professional and dependable</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The expected compensation for this position is<strong> $85'000 - $110,000/ a year.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Market-leading pay based on experience</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid Time-Off</li>\n <li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li>\n <li>Professional work environment with job training, provided equipment, and advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>Structured, paid training leading to manufacturer and Group 1 recognition</li>\n <li>Pinnacle Awards Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
