We specialise in delivering high-impact data solutions across Data Management, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms, AI Enablement, and Advanced Analytics.</p>\n<p>Headquartered in Sydney with offices across the UK, Europe, and APAC, Billigence partners with organisations to design and implement modern data capabilities that drive better decision-making and business outcomes.</p>\n<p>Our teams work on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes across industries including retail, financial services, and technology.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced Data Management Lead to support a major enterprise AI transformation programme through to March 2027.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role will support multiple AI and data use cases across a large-scale roadmap, helping to improve the quality, structure, governance, and usability of enterprise data that underpins AI initiatives across the organisation.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work across business and technology teams to drive scalable data management practices within a complex and evolving environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support enterprise-wide data management initiatives aligned to the AI roadmap</li>\n<li>Work closely with business, technology, governance, and analytics teams to improve data quality, ownership, lineage, and controls</li>\n<li>Help define and implement scalable data management frameworks, standards, and operating models</li>\n<li>Support the identification and remediation of data issues impacting AI and reporting use cases</li>\n<li>Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions to establish trusted and governed data practices</li>\n<li>Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and governance teams to align data strategy with delivery objectives</li>\n<li>Support metadata, master data, reference data, and data quality initiatives across critical domains</li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of sustainable governance and stewardship capabilities within a large enterprise environment</li>\n<li>Operate effectively within fast-moving and evolving programmes where processes and structures are still maturing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll need:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience delivering Data Management or Data Governance initiatives within large enterprise organisations</li>\n<li>Experience supporting complex transformation or AI-enabled programmes</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of core data management principles including data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and governance</li>\n<li>Ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders</li>\n<li>Experience operating in complex, ambiguous, or immature data environments</li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery</li>\n<li>Experience within retail, consumer, or large-scale enterprise environments is beneficial</li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern data platforms and governance tooling is advantageous</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Inclusion and equal opportunities</span></p>\n<p>Billigence is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
