    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time&nbsp;<br>Pay: $17.00-$22.00 (Depending on Experience)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bailey&#39;s Moving and Storage is looking to hire Movers and Packers with a positive attitude!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a Mover and Packer, you will play a critical role on our Moving and Storage side of the company. Some of your experiences will be the following:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Pack and Prepare Items</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will help prepare and pack customers&rsquo; household goods to prevent damage during transit.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Packing household items include, taking apart furniture, wrapping items in bubble wrap, stretch wrap, and/or padding, putting loose items in boxes and sealed bags, and using straps and cardboard sheets on large items.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Load and Unload Items</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Movers will use dollies and ramps to load customers&rsquo; items and move furniture from their buildings to the moving truck.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Movers will use padding to make sure no furniture gets damaged, arrange items in the truck to fit the load and prevent objects from falling or getting damaged</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At the destination, movers unload the truck and place them in the location the customer requests.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Take Inventory</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will be responsible for checking paperwork and equipment to ensure that all delivery equipment, supplies and handling of equipment are loaded and unloaded off the truck. Any missing, inconsistent, or damaged items must be reported immediately.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preform pre-trip truck inspection and report any problems immediately.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Handle Customer Requests</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preform delivery according to the customers specifications, including reassembling, installing, inspecting all items in a safe and timely manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Movers will answer customers&rsquo; questions and address requests they have for how they want items packed, loaded, and unloaded keeping high levels of customer service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Movers may also provide information about price; time estimates and address any concerns.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Perform Cleaning and Maintenance Tasks</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Before leaving the customer&rsquo;s loading site, movers clean up any supplies or garbage left behind during the packing process.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All trucks must be cleaned upon return to the facility.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Properly remove and store all equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Movers may also have truck maintenance completed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All teams consist of 2-5 people to help pack, load, unload, and deliver our customers items.
