These focus areas reinforce our values and help improve people's lives, patient care, infection prevention, and operational efficiency. </p>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Stationary Floor Care Technician<strong>Location:</strong> Courthouse Facility – Downtown LA <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $22.00 per hour<strong>Shift:</strong> 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Evening/Night Shift)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You Will Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand and practice all client and Servicon Safety programs, promoting safety as a culture to team members and wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work.</li>\n <li>Proficient in performing various types of floor care work including but not limited to: stripping/refinishing hard surface floors, carpet care/extraction, and operating highly-specialized floor care equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform work assignments as directed and in compliance with Servicon’s floor care procedures/processes.</li>\n <li>Inspect assigned area while performing duties and after work has been completed to verify that all work has been done in compliance with site-specific procedures and client’s Scope of Work (SOW).</li>\n <li>Ensure all supplies are stocked and available, equipment is clean and in good operating order, and/or report malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Track inventory/equipment, provide feedback to the direct manager, and monitor utilization to ensure efficient and cost-effective use.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What It Takes To Be Successful</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ yr. floor technician experience is preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license </li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)</li>\n <li>Extensive floor care product knowledge</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)</li>\n <li>Ability to perform window cleaning and power washing duties</li>\n <li>Proficient verbal / written communication skills (Spanish a plus)</li>\n <li>Planning / scheduling, problem solving</li>\n <li>Time management skills</li>\n <li>Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site. </strong></p>\n<h2>Why You Will Love It Here</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hybrid work environment, where applicable</li>\n <li>A friendly, respectful, energetic corporate culture that will allow you to thrive</li>\n <li>Work in an environment where you can see the difference you make daily!</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Competitive base salary</li>\n <li>Safe harbor 401(k) with company matching (if applicable) </li>\n</ul>",
