          "text": "<p><b><span></span></b></p><p><span></span></p><p><b>The role: BIM Operator</b><br /></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>BIM/CAD operator will be responsible for creation and implementation of Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects</span><span>.</span><span> </span></p><p><span></span></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><b><span></span></b></p><ul><li>Generate and/or manage BIM models for electrical raceway and telecommunication installation</li><li>Run interference detection to detect design clashes to assist project team with coordination process</li><li>Attend weekly coordination meetings and submit weekly updates to Construction management firm. </li><li>Adjust BIM models as directed by Construction Management firm and track changes to coordinate with Project Manager for change order pricing if required</li><li>Create, collect and process various 2D drawings of released areas for field construction</li><li>Manage 3D models for design coordination and submission for approval by Construction Management firm</li><li>Work on-site to update the models to reflect as-built conditions </li><li>Assist the project team with model visualizations </li><li>Provide project team with updated construction drawings as bulletins are released by Construction Management firm</li><li>Manage and use BIM modeling software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks)</li><li>Manage and use coordination, scheduling, programming, file sharing and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Update model as required by bulletins released by Construction Management firm</li><li>Work directly with Project Managers to obtain cut sheets on submitted equipment for modeling and submit RFIs as needed</li><li>Develop length and quantity take-offs for material ordering</li><li>Correspond regularly with Construction Management firm and other Subcontractors </li><li><span> </span>Obtain electronic files as needed for model coordination</li><li>Update drawing sets as bulletins are approved and released for construction<span>  </span></li><li>Mentor staff</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><span><b></b></span></u></p><u><span><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></span></u><span><span></span></span><p><b><u><span>EDUCATION:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree and two years minimum experience working in a construction, engineering or architect role or equivalent training, education and/or experience.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>EXPERIENCE:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>BIM experience required</span></li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards, and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication</li><li>Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications</li><li>Software experience with NavisWorks, AutoCAD 2018, Revit 2015 (highly preferred)</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Prior experience with electrical design is a plus</li></ul><ul><li><span></span></li></ul>",
