    "description_html": "<p>Job description:</p><p><b>This is for 3rd Shift</b></p><p>Will report to <b>Director or Manufacturing</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br>- Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production operations<br>- Work with department leads to develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization<br>- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications<br>- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs<br>- Train, mentor, and motivate manufacturing staff to achieve performance goals<br>- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees<br>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions<br>- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment</p><p><b>Experience:</b><br>- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role in a automotive metal manufacturing environment<br>- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety standards<br>- Excellent leadership and communication skills<br>- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment<br>- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and related tools<br>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities<br>- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills</p><p><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role at a automotive metal manufacturing facility</li><li>Previous machining experience required</li><li>CNC Machining experience</li><li>Previous experience in 5S or Lean Manufacturing required</li></ul><p>We offer competitive compensation packages, including health insurance, vision, dental and paid time off.
