    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Purchase of Raw Materials, Merchandise, Reclaimed Raw Materials &amp; Services. &nbsp;</p><p>● Study the requirement from users' team and selection of suitable suppliers.</p><p>● Releasing Purchase Order/ Contract &amp; follow-up &amp; expediting.</p><p>● Import Procedure &amp; Logistics of Imported Materials.</p><p>● Monitor contract performance.</p><p>● Update and checks on safety, quality &amp; Guarantee documentation.</p><p>● Compliance to health and safety regulations of Calderys Group.</p><p>● Prepare and issue purchase orders and procure materials in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.</p><p>● Take appropriate corrective and preventive actions for the goods / services rejected in-house.</p><p>● Undertakes continuous improvement actions to strengthen systems and processes.</p><p>● Implement Purchase Policy &amp; Procedures.</p><p>● Determine, track and continuously improve on the Key KPIs.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Profile/Competencies</strong></p><p><strong>Education, background, level of experience: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>● B. E /B.Tech (Ceramics, Mechanical, Chemical, / MSc (Geology/Chemistry).</p><p>● Min 10 years relevant working experience in Purchase in Manufacturing/ Refractory, Cement/ Steel/ Power.</p><p><strong>Manufacturing Industries :</strong></p><p>● Sound knowledge of Safety.</p><p>● Good working experience in ERP, SAP –MM Module/ MS-Project.</p><p>● Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Plant.</p><p>● Vendor development, Import substitutions.</p><p><strong>Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:</strong></p><p>● Perseverant, results/action oriented.</p><p>● Well-organized able to handle multiple priorities and flexible.</p><p>● Strong creative mind-set, self-starter, team player, strategic thinker.</p><p>● Ability to interpret Engineering Drawing and lay-out.</p><p>● Excellent communication, Analytical Skills able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations.</p><p>● Ability to lead and deal with cross-functional team across organisation.</p><p>● Good management skill-Computer literate with advanced level in MS Excel and Power-point.&nbsp;</p>",
