This role involves supervising activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and providing exceptional service to families staying at the resort. The Kids Club Attendant helps plan and facilitate games, crafts, and other recreational activities while maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise children participating in Kids Club activities and ensure their safety at all times</li>\n <li>Lead and assist with organized games, arts and crafts, educational activities, and outdoor recreation</li>\n <li>Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of varying ages</li>\n <li>Follow all safety policies, procedures, and emergency protocols</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out procedures for children</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding activities and any concerns</li>\n <li>Assist with setting up, organizing, and cleaning activity areas and materials</li>\n <li>Ensure Kids Club spaces remain clean, organized, and stocked with supplies</li>\n <li>Encourage participation and positive interaction among children</li>\n <li>Provide excellent guest service and represent the resort in a friendly, professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience working with children in a childcare, camp, recreation, or educational setting preferred</li>\n <li>Energetic, friendly, and patient personality</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to supervise groups of children and manage activities safely</li>\n <li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and actively participate in children’s activities for extended periods</li>\n <li>Ability to lift or move activity equipment and supplies when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p>This position operates in both indoor and outdoor recreation areas within the resort.
