    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Are you a dedicated, passionate professional looking to grow your career with a company long-term? Join <span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0)\">Hall Constructors</span><span> </span>as a <span style=\"color: rgb(255, 0, 0)\">Skilled Labourer</span>!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Skilled Labourers are required to perform daily field activities under the direction of the site supervisor.  It’s an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall’s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates understanding of Hazard Assessments and Emergency Response Plans</li>\n<li>Works safely around powered mobile equipment – understands right of way, blind spots, &amp; pinch points</li>\n<li>Supervise loading and unloading of materials.</li>\n<li>Verify weights and complete and track all documents and ticketing</li>\n<li>Maintain truck housekeeping and pre- trip inspections.</li>\n<li>Understands hand signals to properly communicate with equipment operators</li>\n<li>Works in a variety of weather conditions and confined spaces, if required<br></li>\n<li>Follows basic verbal instructions, and respects the chain of command</li>\n<li>Acts as a spotter for powered mobile equipment, when properly trained</li>\n<li>Identifies tools and understands their function</li>\n<li>Organizes tools and keeps pathways clear</li>\n<li>Assists crew members in placing signage/barricades to protect designated work zones</li>\n<li>Interacts with public in courteous, professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: </span><br><br></span><em>Qualifications:</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Years of experience: Minimum 2 years</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Education: High School or Equivalent</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Considered an asset: </span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ground Disturbance Lv. 2</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confined Space</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fall Protection</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">First Aid</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physical fitness for high-intensity tasks.</span></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift up to 50lbs </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role includes tasks requiring respiratory protection.
