You will be responsible for driving occupancy, NOI performance, operational consistency, and team development across your portfolio.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Portfolio Leadership &amp; Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties within the DC portfolio</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and service expectations</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, property condition, and team effectiveness</li>\n<li>Partner with on-site teams to drive leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Performance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across the portfolio</li>\n<li>Analyze variances and implement strategies to improve revenue and control expenses</li>\n<li>Drive NOI growth through leasing strategy, pricing alignment, and cost management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly manage and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers</li>\n<li>Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams</li>\n<li>Step into properties during transitions, vacancies, or critical operational needs</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Turn &amp; Operational Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and oversight for annual turn and peak operational periods</li>\n<li>Ensure properties are prepared, staffed, and executed on time and within budget</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time and implement solutions quickly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Risk Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with DC and federal housing regulations, including Fair Housing</li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to manage risk, audits, and escalated resident issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with asset management, marketing, accounting, and HR teams</li>\n<li>Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in residential or multifamily property management</li>\n<li>3+ years in a multi-site or regional leadership role</li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, NOI performance)</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational results across multiple assets</li>\n<li>Experience navigating fast-paced environments and property transitions</li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Ability to travel regularly throughout the DC portfolio</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why This Role Stands Out</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-impact role with visibility across leadership and ownership</li>\n<li>Opportunity to shape and scale a growing DC portfolio</li>\n<li>Hands-on leadership with real influence on performance and strategy</li>\n<li>Fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potential</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p>This is a field based role requiring regular presence at properties throughout Washington, DC and surrounding areas.
