Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager (internally known as Business Development Executive) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers. Generate leads through outbound activity, networking and attending industry events. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction. Work with senior Business Development and Account Management professionals to upskill and develop. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities and progress in Salesforce. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving business growth.
Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with lead generation and account management.
