Performs duties in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and policies and procedures.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Performs all duties within the rules and regulations of Cage Slots Operations consistent with employee handbook</li>\r\n\t<li>Receives and exchanges cash, checks, gift certificates, gaming chips, slot tickets, and other vouchers from guests</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains physical custody of the Cashier&rsquo;s inventory of currency, coins, tokens, forms, documents and records transactions accurately at a cashier station or working on the gaming floor</li>\r\n\t<li>Handles fill and credit transactions</li>\r\n\t<li>Processes cash advances and check cashing</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains payroll check cashing registry</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs all duties in accordance with our spectacular customer service standards</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible for signing in and out necessary keys for assigned shift</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs basic troubleshooting on Player Terminals when rotated to floor</li>\r\n\t<li>Cashes out jackpots under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/Cashier</li>\r\n\t<li>Effectively, efficiently and professionally communicates with coworkers using electronic media</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Secondary Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Responds to customer questions and disputes</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures that all player terminals are serviced in a timely manner</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintains floor cleanliness to project a positive image</li>\r\n\t<li>Serves as a cashier/floor attendant breaker when assigned</li>\r\n\t<li>May disburse prepared bank rolls</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicates via telephone for technical assistance regarding the check cashing system and credit card advances</li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Specific Skills:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Completes large volume cash transactions and documents regularly and accurately</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates good problem-solving skills, including handling stressful situations and guest disputes</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent math skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service Ability to work well with guests and other employees</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally</li>\r\n\t<li>Good attendance habits</li>\r\n\t<li>Public relations skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to follow directions</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to trouble shoot basic gaming machine functions</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
