Description The Miami, FL office of Modjeski and Masters, Inc. is seeking Structural Bridge Design Engineers with experience in Bridge Design What We’re Looking For Registered PE in the State of Florida 15 related years of related Bridge design experience preferably in Florida. A minimum of a BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university MS preferred Experience in pursuing and managing multi-discipline projects, including projects with bridge replacement, new bridge alignment, or bridge rehabilitation. Client Relationships with FDOT District Four and FDOT District Six. Ability to work in a team environment on related projects. Good oral and written communications skills, with a fluency in English What You’ll Do Lead and manage the planning, design, and delivery of bridge projects from concept through construction. Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth. Prepare proposals and marketing presentations. Pursue and win projects with FDOT and local agency clients Manage multiple projects. Oversee and coordinate project teams, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design standards. Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for bridge designs.
