This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to our mission of helping those who need it most. <strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"837\">It all begins with you.</strong></span></p><h3 data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"868\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"868\">Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h3><ul data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"1761\"><li data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"1094\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"896\">Inventory Management:</strong> Order merchandise from our warehouse or suppliers based on inventory levels and customer demand. Check product levels, expiration dates, and rotate stock. Occasionally conduct physical inventories.</li><li data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1287\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1121\">Customer Assistance:</strong> Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout counter, assisting customers with their product selections and processing payments via cash, SNAP, or WIC cards.</li><li data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1448\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1319\">Stocking &amp; Merchandising:</strong> Unpack, stock, and organize shelves, racks, and bins with new merchandise to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.</li><li data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1610\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1473\">Store Maintenance:</strong> Maintain cleanliness by routinely cleaning counters, shelves, floors, and bathrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.</li><li data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1761\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1630\">Team Support:</strong> Assist the store manager and other team members with any other duties or tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store.</li></ul><p data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1886\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><em data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1886\">Note: This job description outlines the key duties of the role.
