This role is accountable for transforming data into actionable insights that directly inform cost containment strategies, vendor performance, clinical programs, and market-specific interventions.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">This leader will move the organization from <strong>retrospective reporting to proactive trend management</strong>, building predictive and prescriptive analytics that identify cost drivers, quantify opportunity, and measure impact across a portfolio of initiatives.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;
