We are seeking a skilled Laser Machine Programmer to join our team and contribute to our commitment to quality and innovation.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Job Summary:</span><br><span>The Laser Machine Programmer will be responsible for programming and maintaining client part files, interpreting engineering blueprints, and ensuring that laser-cut parts meet required specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience programming lasers for sheet metal and tube fabrication, as well as proficiency in industry-specific software.</span></p>\n<p><span>Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Utilize work orders, blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal instructions to determine job requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Program and maintain current file revisions of client parts.</span></li>\n<li><span>Interpret engineering blueprints to draw pattern layouts of parts using TruTops Boost and BLM ArTube software along with SOLIDWORKS.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with clients' engineers to ensure accurate execution of designs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain laser machinery and report all issues promptly.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Exposure to odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to lift at least 55 pounds.</span></li>\n<li><span>Good vision required, with or without corrective lenses.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum of 2 years of experience programming lasers for sheet metal and tube fabrication.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with Trumpf laser and BLM tube laser preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong knowledge of material properties and the application of mathematics and dimensions to production machinery and tooling.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with software including TruTops Boost and ArTube.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience).</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent healthcare benefits.</span></li>\n<li><span>401(k) with company match.</span></li>\n<li><span>Company-paid vacation.</span></li>\n</ul>",
