This clinical leadership role includes direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses, coordination with partner agencies, and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The Regional Manager plays a critical role in onboarding, training, and mentoring nursing staff while upholding clinical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
