This role blends hands-on teamwork, meaningful interactions, and the satisfaction of knowing your work matters.</p><p></p><p>Your day includes:</p><ul><li><p><b>Set the Stage</b> — Transport and set up equipment to turn everyday spaces into professional donation centers. All staff work as a team to set up and tear down the equipment required to conduct a mobile blood drive.</p></li><li><p><b>Connect with Donors</b> — Welcome donors, listen to their stories, and help them feel comfortable and valued</p></li><li><p><b>Build Real Skills</b> — Perform safe, high-quality blood collections once fully trained in phlebotomy techniques</p></li><li><p><b>Ensure Safety &amp; Compliance — </b>Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure every donation meets quality standards and can be safely transfused.</p></li><li><p><b>Pack Up with Purpose</b> — Leave each site knowing the blood collected today could reach a patient within days</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>The Schedule (Bozeman, Montana)</b></span></p><p>We operate when donors are available, so you can expect a mix of:</p><ul><li><p>Early mornings</p></li><li><p>Evenings</p></li><li><p>Weekends</p></li><li><p>Occasional holidays</p></li><li><p><i>Some locations may require overnight travel</i></p></li></ul><p><i>​</i></p><p>Your schedule is shared 2–3 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan your life around your work.</p><p></p><p><span class=\"emphasis\"><b>What We&#39;re Looking For</b></span></p><p>We’re looking for people with heart, reliability, and strong potential — whether your background is medical, service-based, or community-focused.</p><p></p><p>You&#39;ll do well here if you have:</p><ul><li><p>A high school diploma or GED</p></li><li><p>Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>A current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record; reliable personal transportation may be required in certain locations</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements</b></p><p>This role is physically active.
