Operating across multiple domestic and international locations, the team spans the following disciplines: America’s Client Marketing (Asset Management & Insurance) International Client Marketing Digital & Data Analytics Brand & Corporate Marketing Content Marketing Creative Solutions Event Marketing Together, these functions collaborate seamlessly to deliver high-impact, commercially aligned programs that advance KKR’s growth objectives. The team partners closely with business leaders across the firm, serving as strategic advisors and passionate stewards of KKR’s brand, culture, and long-term vision. We are seeking an ambitious, resourceful candidate to support the Head of Global Marketing and the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) to help drive operational excellence, financial rigor, and seamless execution of priority initiatives. This role facilitates alignment across the Global Marketing functions and acts as a trusted resource and project coordinator, ensuring Marketing delivers maximum value to the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Planning: Responsible for Global Marketing’s budgeting, tracking and overall expense management, coordinating closely with Marketing function heads and Finance teams Vendor Management & Procurement: Facilitate procurement processes and vendor invoicing/tracking across Marketing teams in collaboration with Legal, Strategic Sourcing and Accounts Payable. Strategic Planning & Execution: Support the Head of Global Marketing in developing, executing, and monitoring the Marketing department’s strategic plan. Ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for both internal and external stakeholders. Manage follow-ups and ensure deliverables are met. Develop executive-ready presentations: Ability to create quarterly business reviews and other ad hoc presentations that translate marketing objectives, plans, priorities and results into a compelling narrative. Culture & Employee Experience: Champion and help drive initiatives that enhance company culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Communications: Coordinate closely with all Marketing functions to help connect dots, ensure alignment across teams, and leverage best practices. Manage agendas and presentation materials for leadership meetings and Global Marketing team meetings. QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years as a business analyst, consultant, or other strategic planning role, ideally in financial services or related industry. Ideal candidates have a genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for developing a career path in Marketing Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Candidates must embody KKR’s core values, in particular: integrity, accountability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and excellence Exceptional financial and technical acumen, with a proven ability to operate within Enterprise business systems in a highly matrixed organization. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
