Specific duties include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Reassembling machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work</p>\n<p>· Performing preventive maintenance on equipment</p>\n<p>· Observing mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems</p>\n<p>· Installing, replacing or changing machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications</p>\n<p>· Reading work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance</p>\n<p>· Dismantling machines and removing parts for repair, using hand tools</p>\n<p>· Identifying failure root causes and solutions to prevent future reoccurrence</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<p>· Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including successful completion of jobs or similar activities requiring control of a mechanical process and inspection of product to meet quality standards</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems</p>\n<p>· Ability to work well with others</p>\n<p>· Ability to work safely and communicate with others in a professional manner</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated ability sufficient to determine product quality, for example, carton malformations, color verification and structural integrity</p>\n<p>· Root cause analysis skills</p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>Novolex</strong> is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging that supports multiple industries, including foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery and retail, and industrial sectors.
