This position offers a unique opportunity to shape how we pursue new business by leveraging both proven best practices and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools to enhance content generation, improve efficiency, and strengthen proposal quality.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the proposal development process, from RFP analysis and kick-off through production and submission, managing timelines, deliverables, and compliance.</li><li>Own and coordinate all stages of the proposal lifecycle, including kickoff, daily stand-ups, color team reviews, and post-submission debriefs.</li><li>Drive collaboration across capture, technical, pricing, and contracts teams to develop clear, compliant, and compelling proposal content.</li><li>Manage and engage subcontractor partners, including task assignments, data calls, input reviews, and compliance verification.</li><li>Ensure proposal quality and consistency, including editing for compliance, clarity, tone, and accuracy.</li><li>Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency in sourcing content, generating boilerplate text, and maintaining up-to-date reusable materials.</li><li>Maintain strong version control and document management across all submissions.</li><li>Lead classified proposal submissions for Intelligence Community customers.</li><li>Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and libraries to increase efficiency and standardization.</li><li>Develop and maintain corporate past performance, capability statements, and reusable content to support future bids.</li><li>Track and report proposal metrics, including submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned to drive performance improvement.</li></ul>",
