  "BriefDescription": "A day in the life of a Shift Supervisor at Norris Academy is rarely the same, HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and very REWARDING. As a Shift Supervisor at Norris Academy you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations, under the supervision of the Director of Group Living. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to:\n•\tEnsure safety of residents & staff at all times\n•\tProvide OJT for new incoming staff\n•\tSupport and train all staff on de-escalation techniques\n•\tImplement and lead large group activities for the residents\n•\tEnforce facility rules, policies, and routines, while supervising the milieu staff\n•\tOrganize transportation of residents to and from appointments and outings",
