The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motion graphics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative and engaging visual storytelling.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your key responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Create and design engaging motion graphics content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertising.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Create videos and animated banners, text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations to be used in videos, websites, emails, campaigns and other media.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, product designers, and content creators, to develop and execute concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Encode videos for any required format and uploading to media sources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Manage multiple projects and ensure that those are completed according to the stipulated timeframe while effectively applying our methodology and following quality standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your skills and competencies:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working as a motion designer 3+ years</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29)\"> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solid experience with AI motion-design tools and the ability to create high-quality animations</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Proven motion graphics and video editing experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, working with plugins,  and expressions. Creating 3D and 2D visual effects, and has good tracking, keying, and color correction skills.
