Assists in a variety of aspects throughout the business as needed. </p><p></p><p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Operates packaging department equipment. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Troubleshoot equipment problems within the department. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Cleans and maintains bottling/kegging/canning lines. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Alerts supervisor or other management personnel to potential quality concerns. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Functions well working in a team environment. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Completing computer-based work and training, as required to fulfill job or department duties. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Regularly works:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>with hazardous machinery, materials, and chemicals. </span></p></li><li><p><span>around high voltage, hot water, and steam.   </span></p></li><li><p><span>on wet floors and with wet equipment.   </span></p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Understands and adheres to all safety standards. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time, with or without notice. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in a production/packaging environment a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An understanding of lock-out/tag-out and other core safety issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepared to report to Candler, NC, or Arden, NC, breweries for packaging work as needed.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Interpersonal skills sufficient to be comfortable working in a team environment with a great deal of interdepartmental coordination. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to autonomously, stay on task, and work independently if needed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic computer skills including using the internet and using MS Office software. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Eye for detail and high sanitation standards. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive to learn, grow, and thrive in a continuous improvement environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to handle heavy objects safely and with proper body mechanics – Lift and move objects weighing up to 55 lbs. repetitively.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:  </b><br />At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
