This role combines advanced technical expertise with team leadership, customer service, and operational support to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principal Accountabilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Technical Service &amp; Repair</strong></u></p><ul><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and system inspections</li><li>Install replacement parts and components efficiently and accurately</li><li>Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Support</strong></u></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and support junior technicians and apprentices in the field</li><li>Provide on-the-job training to improve skill development and performance</li><li>Assist in scheduling and dispatch coordination as needed</li><li>Promote best practices, safety standards, and company procedures</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Customer Service</strong></u></p><ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and respectful approach</li><li>Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and pricing to homeowners</li><li>Offer recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements</li><li>Build long-term customer relationships and trust</li><li>Operations &amp; Quality Assurance</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation</li><li>Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards</li><li>Support inventory tracking and proper use of tools and materials</li><li>Assist management with performance feedback and process improvement</li><li>Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
