Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma informed care environment. Special Requirements Required to purchase and use own hand tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for all aspects of preventive maintenance to ensure safe and secure Agency facilities. o Make appropriate repairs as directed by Supervisor. o Monitor sand reports any property damage to Agency facilities to Supervisor. o Maintains cleanliness and repair of buildings to include windows, flooring, and appliances. o May oversee contractors/vendors work for quality and adherence to contracts. o Janitorial duties may include but are not limited to cleaning/waxing floors, filling paper supplies, cleaning walls, washing windows, etc. o May be required to set up and tear down for Agency meetings, perform office moves, and painting. o Utilize advanced trade skills which may include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC. • Provide worksheets outlining completed tasks to supervisor at the end of each day. • Provide tracking sheets to supervisor at the end of each week. • Perform on-call procedures assigned by supervisor. • Actively participate in staff meetings and training as required. • Awareness of and active support of the Agency's Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. Including, but not limited to, supporting the Agency's Core Competency initiatives of being Collaborative and Community Focused, Innovative and Entrepreneurial, and Culturally Competent and Diverse • Participates in relevant Agency meetings and/or trainings • Actively pursues development of professional competencies related to job performance through reading, supervision, in-service training and attendance at conferences and workshops. • Awareness and active support of the Agency's Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan.
