Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma informed care environment.</p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>Special Requirements</strong></em></p><p><em><strong>Required to purchase and use own hand tools.</strong></em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Responsible for all aspects of preventive maintenance to ensure safe and secure Agency facilities.</p><p>o Make appropriate repairs as directed by Supervisor.</p><p>o Monitor sand reports any property damage to Agency facilities to Supervisor.</p><p>o Maintains cleanliness and repair of buildings to include windows, flooring, and appliances.</p><p>o May oversee contractors/vendors work for quality and adherence to contracts.</p><p>o Janitorial duties may include but are not limited to cleaning/waxing floors, filling paper supplies, cleaning walls, washing windows, etc.</p><p>o May be required to set up and tear down for Agency meetings, perform office moves, and painting.</p><p>o Utilize advanced trade skills which may include, but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.</p><p>• Provide worksheets outlining completed tasks to supervisor at the end of each day.</p><p>• Provide tracking sheets to supervisor at the end of each week.</p><p>• Perform on-call procedures assigned by supervisor.</p><p>• Actively participate in staff meetings and training as required.</p><p>• Awareness of and active support of the Agency's Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan.
