    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>This role leads solution architecture in the L&amp;A domain while mentoring a team of developers. It requires strong hands‑on expertise in Java and system integration, along with collaboration across technical and business teams. The position involves authoring design documents, resolving complex technical issues, and providing strategic technical guidance for future projects.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership in designing and implementing a solution architecture for the end customer in the L&amp;A space</li>\n <li>Guides a team of software specialists/ engineers for creation/ implementing a solution architecture</li>\n <li>Design, Develops, enhances, debugs and implements software</li>\n <li>Address problems of system integration</li>\n <li>Participates in development of software user manuals</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other developers, architect, BAs and testers</li>\n <li>Communicate with clients and provide technical views with conviction</li>\n <li>Author Design documents</li>\n <li>Ability to provide technical leadership and groom developers</li>\n <li>Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>6+ years of experience</strong>&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent technology (Java – Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, J2EE) and hands on development skills</li>\n <li>Awareness of Spring Batch, interface implementation using Camel, SOAP etc.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of HTML 5 and Rest API development would help.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Continuous Integration, automation testing</li>\n <li>Good understanding of the breadth of technology, open source</li>\n <li>Good expertise of design patterns and usage</li>\n <li>Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools</li>\n <li>Experience in Agile methodology</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Insurance industry experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p>\n<p>At Majesco, we believe in connecting people and businesses to insurance in ways that are Innovative, Hyper-Relevant, Compelling, and Personal.
