You will work closely with UX designers, architects, backend engineers, DevOps, mobile teams, and service delivery managers to build scalable, modular, and reliable front‑end applications.</p>\n<p>We’re looking for strong engineers with broad systems understanding, not just pixel‑perfect implementers. You should know how front‑end components fit into a cloud‑native SaaS architecture, how to integrate with distributed backend services, and how to design UI modules that are flexible, maintainable, and easy to evolve.</p>\n<p>A major part of this role is helping shape and advance a pluggable, micro‑frontend architecture, enabling teams to ship UI functionality independently and reuse common components across multiple products.</p>\n<p>You will also be expected to adopt AI‑assisted development (GitHub Copilot, AI-driven UI scaffolding, test generation, etc.) to improve speed and quality.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Frontend Development and Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build modern, responsive, and accessible UI applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.</li>\n<li>Implement complex workflows, dashboards, forms, and interactive features for both end‑user and back‑office user experiences.</li>\n<li>Integrate UI components with backend services through REST APIs, authentication flows, and event-driven patterns.</li>\n<li>Develop reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design‑system compliant elements.</li>\n<li>Design and implement modular, decoupled front‑end components that can be embedded, swapped, or extended without impacting other services.</li>\n<li>Help define standards for micro‑frontend boundaries, routing strategies, shared assets, and inter-module communication.</li>\n<li>Work with architects and backend teams to ensure seamless integration across distributed services and environments.</li>\n<li>Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, test generation, documentation, and boilerplate creation.</li>\n<li>Participate in the adoption and refinement of AI‑driven workflows for front-end development.</li>\n<li>Help the team continually improve how AI is used for productivity, quality, and maintainability.</li>\n<li>Optimize UI performance (rendering, load time, caching, virtualization, batching).</li>\n<li>Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).</li>\n<li>Work closely with QA leads to ensure reliable, production‑ready features.</li>\n<li>Partner with designers to translate UX wireframes into high-quality, maintainable implementations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with backend and API teams to shape contracts, define data flows, and identify integration risks early.</li>\n<li>Support service delivery managers to ensure smooth releases, environment readiness, and predictable front‑end deployments.</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.</li>\n<li>Support occasional troubleshooting efforts for complex defects or production issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years building production front‑end applications for enterprise or SaaS environments.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript/HTML5/CSS3</li>\n<li>Proficient in React, React Router, React Query, Nx, Vite, Styled Components, MUI, Storybook, WebRTC</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of component lifecycle, Context API for shared state management and building clean, maintainable component architectures</li>\n<li>Experience designing modular or micro‑frontend architectures.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of end‑to‑end system flows.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication flows (OAuth2/OIDC), and front‑end build pipelines.</li>\n<li>Experience with component libraries, design systems, CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.</li>\n<li>Practical exposure to GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, bundling tools, and automated testing.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating complex, distributed systems.</li>\n<li>Willingness to use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, AI‑assisted documentation/test writing) as part of daily engineering work.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.</li>\n<li>Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent real‑world experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with identity, authentication, secure UI patterns, or privacy-sensitive interfaces.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with mobile‑friendly web frameworks or cross‑platform approaches.</li>\n<li>Experience with analytics instrumentation, telemetry, or real‑user monitoring (RUM).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of accessibility (ARIA, WCAG) best practices and tooling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span>:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private health insurance that covers you and your family members</li>\n<li>Monthly sports motivation budget</li>\n<li>Company-sponsored life &amp;
