    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Real Estate Investment &amp; Development Analyst Intern Summer Internship | Washington, DC</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Investment &amp; Development Analyst Intern to support our team across acquisitions, asset management, and ground-up development initiatives. This role provides direct exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investments within a vertically integrated platform.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Support underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions, developments, and value-add investments, including building and auditing Excel models (NOI, DSCR, IRR, equity waterfalls)</p><p>- Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committee and external partners</p><p>- Participate in asset management activities across an existing portfolio, including performance tracking, rent roll analysis, and variance reporting against budget and business plans</p><p>- Work closely with development teams on active projects from pre-development through construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with architects, contractors, and consultants</p><p>- Conduct market research, comp analysis, and leasing and sales strategy support for multifamily and condominium assets</p><p>&nbsp;- Assist with capital markets efforts, including debt and equity sourcing materials, lender and investor communication, and due diligence processes</p><p>- Support ongoing reporting to investors and lenders, including quarterly updates and additional analyses as needed</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field</p><p>- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency</p><p>- Interest in real estate private equity, development, and asset management</p><p>- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment</p><p>- Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p><strong>What You Will Gain</strong></p><p>- Salary Range: Starts at $18.50, commensurate with degree level.</p><p>- Internship runs from June 1st to August 7th</p><p>- Hands-on experience across acquisitions, asset management, and development</p><p>- Exposure to live deals, capital raises, and construction execution</p><p>- Direct interaction with senior team members and involvement in investment decision-making</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
