The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a working knowledge of DoD acquisition and program management processes, and experience supporting complex R&amp;D or engineering efforts.<strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support program and project execution across technical task areas, including planning, financial analysis, tracking of deliverables, and milestone management.</li><li>Develop, update, and analyze project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and cost-performance data in support of government reporting requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and track task-level budgets and expenditures; assist in forecasting and preparing spend plans, burn rate analyses, and financial reports.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of program documentation, presentations, technical reviews, and briefing materials for leadership, stakeholders, and external sponsors.</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of configuration management, document control, and data tracking tools for technical instructions.</li><li>Coordinate and document Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, working groups, technical reviews, and other program events, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action item lists.</li><li>Interface with engineers, logisticians, and project managers to ensure alignment between technical work and program objectives<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a US citizen.</li><li>Must have an active secret clearance.</li><li>BA, business or technical field.</li><li>Minimum 7 years&rsquo; experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.</li><li>Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.</li><li>Successful background and drug screening check.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of configuration management, risk management, and performance metrics tracking</li><li>Experience working in a matrixed engineering organization or project-based environment<strong>.</strong></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands or Work Environment:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
