Ability to adhere to minimum safety standards. To correctly design and replicate their project, they must have a strong understanding of mathematics as well as sciences such as calculus, geometry, and chemistry. Excellent listening skills Problem-solving ability Ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and through electronic means. Capability to read and comprehend written instructions, which may take the form of a graphic plan of a proposed utility project, such as a profile, mathematical calculations, or words.
