          "text": "<p>We are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our San Francisco studio.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for leading all design phases for architectural projects, establishing concepts, and leading project teams.</p><p><strong><u>What Will You do?</u></strong></p><ul><li>Independently generate the conceptual design and/or master plan for projects and contribute to the development of project design direction.</li><li>Develop and participate in design presentations &amp; design charettes in the United States and abroad.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the project team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design detail challenges.</li><li>Lead coordination of project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure efficient execution of projects needs</li><li>Provide leadership to contributing designers on project(s) and monitor project design development with the assistance of Project Manager or Managing Partner</li><li>Review design and technical drawing of junior designers</li><li>Review project billings for consistency with contract terms and conditions with P.M. and accounting</li><li>Obtain formal approvals from clients &amp; stakeholder teams</li><li>Coordinate and prepare project correspondence with assistance of Project Manager(s)</li><li>Work with Marketing to pursue new business opportunities</li><li>Primary client liaison to bring the schedule and scope of work to completion to client satisfaction, within established project budget</li><li>Must be willing to travel</li></ul><p>Ideal candidates must be a collaborative and motivating leader, with in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in all phases of design with a desire to grow and mentor junior staff.</p>",

          "text": "<p><u>Required</u><u> </u><u>Skills:</u></p><ul><li>Expert 3D Modeling skills (Rhino &amp; SketchUp)</li><li>Proficiency in rendering software (Enscape preferred, Vray, and Lumion will be considered)</li><li>Proficiency with CAD/BIM documentation software (AutoCAD and Revit)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of BIM or Parametric Design is an asset (Revit, Dynamo and Grasshopper)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)</li></ul><ul><li>Expert knowledge of space planning methodology and building systems for hospitality, mixed-use and multi-family project types.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to sketch and develop design ideas graphically (Diagramming by hand or digitally)</li><li>Ability to discuss and communicate ideas with verbal and graphic clarity</li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and client presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative team environment</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Experience:</u></strong></p><ul><li>A professional degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch)</li><li>10+ years’ of professional experience, preferably working on medium to large scale hospitality, mixed use and residential project types</li></ul><ul><li>Architectural license (preferred) or is currently eligible to take the Architectural Registration Exam</li></ul><ul><li>Domestic North America (USA) experience preferred; international experience will be considered.</li><li>LEED Accredited Professional a preferred</li></ul>",
