Ability to follow direction and work proactively to maintain a safe work environment while meeting production goals.</p><p>Working conditions: Prolong Standing, Sitting, Walking, Pulling, Bending, Lifting up to 50 lbs.<br>&nbsp;<br>The Material Handler is responsible for the movement, storage, and management of materials and products in our Industrial Services Department. This role involves loading and unloading materials, tracking inventory, operating pallet jacks, and ensuring quality standards are met efficiently. &nbsp;This position concerns the movement of raw materials and finished products through the production lines. &nbsp;Movement of materials and finished products are done by hand or by use of manual and electric pallet jacks. &nbsp;Separate counts of products may be required for each worker. &nbsp;Quality control and inspection may be required.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Experience in a warehouse, industrial work, or material handling role (preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><ul><li>Warehouse setting.</li><li>Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and heavy equipment.</li><li>Requires prolonged standing, and walking, repetitive lifting, and carrying materials for extended periods</li></ul><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Monitor Quality Control. &nbsp;-&nbsp;</li></ul><p>As part of your role in monitoring quality control, you will be required to inspect incoming materials, and ensure that finished products meet the contracts&rsquo; requirements.
