In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, driving the continuous improvement of our digital storefronts. You will leverage your deep expertise in Shopify Plus, Headless Commerce, and API integrations to deliver scalable, high-performance customer experiences while seamlessly managing cross-functional, distributed teams across offshore and onshore locations.</span></p><span>Key Responsibilities</span> <span>Product Strategy &amp; Delivery</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.</span></li>\n <li><span>Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team is continuously working on the highest-value initiatives.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews) and ensure predictable, high-quality feature delivery.</span></li>\n</ul><span>Technical Leadership &amp; E-Commerce Execution</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead platform migrations, upgrades, and feature implementations specifically within the Shopify Plus ecosystem.</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide the transition or scaling of Headless Commerce architectures, ensuring decoupling of front-end experiences from back-end logic is handled efficiently.</span></li>\n <li><span>Define requirements for API integrations (REST/GraphQL), third-party app connections, and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow between the e-commerce platform, ERP, CRM, and PIM systems.</span></li>\n</ul><span>Cross-Functional &amp; Distributed Team Management</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Champion an onshore/offshore delivery model, effectively bridging time zones and cultural nuances to ensure seamless collaboration between product, design, and engineering teams.</span></li>\n <li><span>Establish clear communication cadences, mitigating risks and preventing scope creep across distributed development pods.</span></li>\n <li><span>Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts and Product Owners within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and product excellence.</span></li>\n</ul><span>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</span>\n<ul>\n <li><span><b>Experience:</b> Minimum of 12 years of core experience acting as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Domain Expertise:</b> Extensive, hands-on experience in the E-Commerce sector, with a proven track record of scaling digital retail products.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Shopify Plus:</b> Deep technical and functional knowledge of Shopify Plus, including its limitations, app ecosystem, and checkout extensibility.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Headless Architecture:</b> Proven experience implementing or managing Headless Commerce solutions (e.g., using frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js integrated via storefront APIs).</span></li>\n <li><span><b>API Proficiency:</b> Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system integrations.
