          "text": "<p>The role of a Project Manager II at Convergint Federal, plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals to deliver integrated security solutions to our clients. This job requires a person who remains professional, organized, collaborative, task, and detail oriented, timely, and thorough.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of field operations, including site assessments, installations, testing, and commissioning.</li><li>Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Foster strong, collaborative relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations for quality and performance.</li><li>Manage field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, equipment, and training to execute project tasks effectively.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and optimize project outcomes.</li><li>Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that installations and configurations meet industry standards and client requirements.</li><li>Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and completion certificates.</li><li>Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan.</li><li>Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.</li></ul><p><strong>Specific day to day duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and Submit Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting Agenda</li><li>Lead Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting Agenda</li><li>Create and Submit Meeting Minutes</li><li>Create and Submit Weekly or Monthly Reports</li><li>Verify Monthly Man Hour Reporting</li><li>Forecast Labor, Vendor and Subcontractor Costs, and ODCs</li><li>Maintain Project Budget and WIP</li><li>Conduct Subcontract Negotiation, Issue, and Maintain Purchase Orders</li><li>Invoicing of Customer and Approving Subcontractor Invoices</li><li>Submission of Deliverables and Invoicing in RMS</li><li>Attend Kick-off, Site Survey, Progress or Quarterly Site Visits w/ CEHNC, PVT</li><li>Review of SVAPP, APP and Assist with AHAs as necessary</li><li>Create and Submit QASP</li><li>Submit and Maintain Project Schedule</li><li>Create Milestone / Progress Payment Schedule</li><li>Track Drawing Package w/ Engineering.&#xa0;</li><li>Review and Submit Deliverables</li><li>Create and Submit RFIs, ECPs, and REAs</li><li>Create Service Orders and Maintain Service Order Log</li><li>Schedule Customer Training Maintain Sign-offs</li><li>Review and submission of As-built Drawings</li><li>Submission of O&amp;M Manuals</li><li>Submission of Cybersecurity Artifacts</li><li>CPAR Self-Assessment</li><li>Final Invoice and RoC</li><li>Create and Submit Letter of Warranty</li><li>Track Warranty Claims</li></ul>",
