Additionally, the position involves maintaining accurate records, witnessing calibrations, and fostering positive working relationships.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Directly supervise and assist crew with daily testing, repairs, and maintenance of all equipment and safety devices.</li>\n <li>Responsible for following safety procedures and maintaining safety data.</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety walks and talks with all operations personnel; participate in the company’s daily Safety, Quality and Environmental program.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all platform’s process equipment are functioning efficiently, with any failure of safety critical elements to meet performance standards being reported immediately to the Production Supervisor. </li>\n <li>Maintain required operational log sheets, maintenance records, production reports, and BSEE testing records.</li>\n <li>Manage, monitor, and report all discharges and emissions in compliance with Environmental limits.</li>\n <li>Ensure all operations personnel are working in a safe manner, wearing proper PPE, and following the company’s Safety, Quality, and Environmental program.</li>\n <li>Produce wells at the rate client is requesting.</li>\n <li>Operate, test, and repair safety shutdown devices.</li>\n <li>Verify emergency equipment and ESD system are in good operating condition.</li>\n <li>In the role of Area Authority ensure that all work is performed according to the conditions outlined on the Permit to Work. Identify hazards and assess and manage risks.</li>\n <li>Start up, Operate, Monitor and Shut Down Process and Utility Systems</li>\n <li>Monitor, maintain and optimize process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc.) within operating requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure sampling is carried out and sample results are acted upon.</li>\n <li>Troubles shoot to maximize sales quality and delivery volume to identify problems.</li>\n <li>Monitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, Fire and Gas Systems</li>\n <li>Ensure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by company and client.</li>\n <li>Witness third party calibrations when appropriate to provide verification of meter factors and volumes.</li>\n <li>Prove export oil meters.</li>\n <li>Carry out all operations in safe and environmentally sound manner. Operate offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements.</li>\n <li>Test, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and government agencies.</li>\n <li>Coordinate logistics for facility.</li>\n <li>Chemical treating and handling</li>\n <li>Facilitate maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.</li>\n <li>Operation under PTW system, Toolbox Talk and Risk Assessments.</li>\n <li>Advise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations.</li>\n <li>Control activities of vendor and subcontractor personnel</li>\n <li>Create and maintain effective working relationships.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain positive work culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Transportation costs covered by customer to and from California crew change location if candidate lives out of state. 14x14 rotation schedule.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma required.</li>\n <li>8+ years’ experience working offshore as a Production Operator on a production platform</li>\n <li>Offshore production operating preferred.</li>\n <li>Boat transfer and swing rope experience preferred</li>\n <li>Previous H2S field experience preferred</li>\n <li>Good experience of Permit to Work</li>\n <li>Medically fit to offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>Salary: USD $45.00/Hr. - USD $45.00/Hr.",
