font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management, Logistics, or related field preferred.</li><li>10+ years of distribution experience, with a strong emphasis on large-scale grocery warehousing and distribution.</li><li>5+ years of senior leadership experience in a high-volume 3PL or CPG environment.</li><li>Experience with Co-packing / display building, and Ecommerce</li><li>Experience with SAP EWM preferred.</li><li>Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong technical expertise.</li><li>Proven experience managing customer relationships, budgets, and operational KPIs.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and the ability to manage P&amp;L responsibilities.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools.</li></ul><p></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
